Usually not. We work with the tools you already use and add only the connections or features that are missing.

02Do you only advise or do you build the solution?

We do both: analyse the workflow, plan the solution, implement it technically and support it afterwards.

03What makes a good first project?

A recurring task that currently takes too much time, creates frequent follow-up questions or causes errors.

04What does automation or custom software cost?

Effort depends on the workflow, the systems involved, and operational and data-protection requirements. After the workflow assessment, we define a sensible first scope and make effort and next steps transparent.

05How long does a first project take?

We start with one clearly bounded workflow and plan delivery in verifiable steps. We only set a concrete timeline once systems, exceptions and approvals are understood.

06How do you handle data protection and human oversight?
